WHO IS NORTH?
It’s not new, Yoga has been hanging around for about 5000 years, so clearly there’s something in it!
Yoga isn’t just about what happens on a spongy, decorated exercise mat, although that is a wonderful place to start. Taking the time to focus on bringing the body and mind together, through breath and postures, leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed and as if you’ve been lovingly wrung out by God-like hands.
Whatever time I do yoga, it always feels like a good start. It’s a beautiful start to my day or an amazing start to my evening. That’s where the ‘North’ comes from – stretch and then move forward positively!
Oh, and I’m Northern. Which means you’ll be welcomed warmly!!
