Mid week drop in for body and soul…
This class will introduce you to the names and shapes of yoga but also encourage you to push yourself and love yourself so that you leave with a spring in your step (even if it’s on jelly legs).
It really is a class for all, with options given throughout so that every level can get something from it. Most of the class are quite new to yoga and there is a lovely welcoming vibe.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Fancy Lycra is not necessary – just make sure you can move about easily.
Bring a drink and something warm to pop on at the end.
I have mats and blocks for you but please feel free to bring your own especially during the Pandemic.
